Hello, my loves.
I am constantly thinking about what I should do next in my life and am constantly working on improving myself. So, I thought I’d share some of my goals with you for February.
- Improve activity level – go for a walk when weather permittable)
- Drink only water except on weekends
- Dance more
- Do yoga each night and attend each yoga class.
- Volunteer as a reiki master
- Practice self reiki as much as possible
- Make smoothies for breakfast or lunch
- Eat lunch (I tend to forget about this)
- Stay offline for periods of time
- Be weary of overscheduling appointments
- Wear sunscreen (regardless the weather)
- USe essential oils for relxation
This is just a few of the things I want to focus on but I am trying not to overwhelm myself either.
