Wellness Goals for February 2020

Hello, my loves.

I am constantly thinking about what I should do next in my life and am constantly working on improving myself. So, I thought I’d share some of my goals with you for February.

  • Improve activity level – go for a walk when weather permittable)
  • Drink only water except on weekends
  •  Dance more
  • Do yoga each night and attend each yoga class.
  • Volunteer as a reiki  master
  • Practice self reiki as much as possible
  •  Make smoothies for breakfast or lunch
  • Eat lunch (I tend to forget about this)
  •  Stay offline for periods of time
  • Be weary of overscheduling appointments
  •  Wear sunscreen (regardless the weather)
  •  USe essential oils for relxation

This is just a few of the things I want to focus on but I am trying not to overwhelm myself either.
